HunaHuna is ancient. As much as 35,000 years old, it is the healing and spiritual art the ancient Hawaiian people used for personal development, healing and spiritual connection. Their philosophy of love and blessing, being in harmony and making things right created a society where mental illness was virtually unknown until the arrival of the white man in 1820 when its teachings were forbidden and became secret. Today, the Huna teachings are no longer secret, and we can now empower ourselves with their timeless wisdom.

Much of the power that comes from Huna comes from their understanding of our true nature, the energy, or mana, of all life, and the relationship between conscious, subconscious and Spirit.  Huna has a remarkable understanding of psychology, inner wounding and healing. Huna is not a religion, but is very spiritual in nature. Its principles reflect the underlying oneness of all creation, the power of thought to direct energy and the importance of the present moment where all choices exist. It offers us a true blueprint for self-empowerment and personal transformation.

Huna is alo based on flexibility and love. Healing occurs when conflict and stress and minimized and love is restored. This works in the world, among relationships and in our inner being.  Ho'oponopono is a powerful process of restoring harmony in this way. As harmony is restored within you, it is reflected in your world and peace and joy are restored.

Huna

One purpose of the Huna teachings is to increase life force, or mana in your life. It takes energy to heal and grow, and increasing your mana provides this fuel. This life force is power, which can be directed purposefully to heal and create what you want in life.

The combination of these teachings provides you with a simple, loving path to self-empowerment, healing and growth. You have, within you, the power to heal and make the changes you desire and Huna will show you how and lead you to peace, love and joy.

If you would like to learn more about Huna, I've provided many articles explaining techniques and healing available on this blog.

Aloha!
